Beretta 92 fs

What an iconic gun ! the beretta 92 fs or the M9 , as used in the U.S. military.

However, what i discovered after buying one, is that, beside his good looks, this pistol has a couple ugly things i rather not find on a gun.

First, it came off with damaged rear sights.

/sigh*

I can probably take it to the factory, where they will probably replace them for free, ... probably, but the whole process seems rather long and boring, and i would rather have a gun free from defaults in my hands the first time i get it. Not only they are damaged, but also bent slightly, enough to be misaligned. This tells quite a lot about the factory and how they care about their products.

Number two, the trigger is amazingly shitty. i've never felt a worst trigger on any gun i've handled so far than the beretta. why ? why the heck is it so hard to pull if the trigger is decocked ? how does it help anything ? Even the texture of the trigger feels bad, sorta plastic but not quite, kinda rough i don't know...

For a gun with this price range, i'm rather disappointed. cheap sights, shit trigger, a pistol case that won't close correctly, meh. Do i have to put on nights sights, and a trigger job so i can start liking my beretta ? the guide rod is plastic, so i might wanna change it too gosh... so much more money to put into this thing that i don't even like so much from the start. Should i have bought a Glock instead ?
